Cancellation Policy & Gratuity

Cancellation Policy

Dog Walks & Cat Visits: Client must give 24-hour notice for all changes or cancellations of scheduled pet visit. If 24-hour notice is not provided, Client agrees to pay the full amount for scheduled visit.

Boarding & In-Home Pet Sitting: Client must give 72-hour notice for all changes or cancellations of scheduled visits. If 72-hour notice is not provided, Client agrees to pay a $50 cancellation fee.

Holidays: Client must give 7 days notice for all changes or cancellations of service during a holiday. If 7 days notice is not provided, Client agrees to pay a fee equivalent to 20% of Client’s total bill (as calculated prior to the cancellation or change).

Gratuity

Gratuity is optional, but always appreciated.
